近日武漢肺炎(WARS)在大陸持續擴散,香港首當其衝大受威脅,但政府應對措施另人失望,又不肯封關,令香港人在WARS的陰影籠罩下過農曆新年。
為免受感染,大家開始要帶口罩😷,勤洗手,避免去人多的地方及盡量留在家中;這些都是一些外在措施以防受病毒感染。除了外在措施,大家不要忘記,病毒🦠襲擊的是我們自身的免疫系統,所以大家都要好好照顧自己身心,保持自身免疫系統健康也是非常重要。
我們如何提升免疫力?
市面上有不少保健產品聲稱能增強免疫力,但暫時醫學研究方面都未能証實任何一款維他命、草藥或保健產品能真正幫助免疫系統。
其實,大家可以簡單一些,回歸基本步,建立良好生活習慣才是皇道。
